We have a 6year old son who is finishing kindergarten, 4 year old daughter who is finishing 3 year old preschool, and a 6 month old daughter. We have 2 cats (Buttercup and yeti)
Mom works Wednesday-Friday alternating with Tuesday-Friday every other week. Dad is a hospitalist and works random shifts throughout the month. We would need 2-4 days a week (typically 11 hours a day) 7:15-5:30 are typical hours. We also would love a date night once a month and an errand day for both parents once a month. Schedule is flexible.
