currently in need of respite care for my 9-year-old son who is autistic. He is able to follow directions and communicate his needs, but I require someone to be present at our home while away. Provide supervision and support for my son during the designated time.It is important that the caregiver has experience with special needs and is able to remain calm and patient in potentially challenging situations. My son enjoys routine and structure, so consistency and reliability are key qualities. I want someone who can engage with him in activities and keep him safe and comfortable while I am not present.
