Caregiver for a Special Needs teenager

I need a caregiver for my fifteen year old daughter with Down syndrome. She is capable of doing most things on her own but I have to travel for work and don’t like leaving her alone. I need to find someone who can help with picking her up from school and taking her to activities (gymnastics and swimming). She is a smart girl and has no medical conditions.
