Hi there! My name is Liz Martin and I worked full-time as a nanny in the Tucson area from 2018 to early 2025. I have worked for several different families with kids ranging from newborn to 10 years old. In January 2025 I started nursing school and stopped nannying full time, but have kept a few babysitting clients for when my schedule allowed. I am approaching my last semester and have a little more availability than I did earlier this year. Nights, weekends, and the occasional weekday could fit into my schedule now. I especially like working date nights! Additionally, I am trained as a postpartum doula and have focused much of my nursing school studies on the NICU, so I love babies and I am trained in newborn care.

I have many years of experience in caring for children of all ages. I student taught in a third grade classroom and completed clinicals in a first grade classroom and pre-k classrooms as well. I taught two year olds at an early learning center in Romeoville, Illinois. I have also taught toddlers and infants at a private school called Elmhurst Academy in Elmhurst, Illinois for about 5 years before moving to Arizona about five years ago. I have been babysitting for over 20 years and taught for 8 years. I now currently work for the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), where I work with children and adults that have disabilities.
