Prior to my employment at a local Autism center, I was employed as a Nanny for a special needs child for 6 years (2yr old- 8 yrs old) Before this, I was a full time nanny for two years to an 18 month old. I have professional training and skills in behavior and crisis management, and have worked with children who have mild to severe developmental disabilities.
