I ran 43 daycares for 16 years on the East Coast and was a nanny both in Maryland and in California after the selling of the daycares. I have also taught swimming, art, and dance to young children. The log includes food and milk intake, diaper activity, nap length, and any observations that need to be passed on. I also take children to parks and pools or other activities.
