My name is Jackie! I’m from a very large family which started my babysitting/nanny career. I’ve nannied for a few families since I was 15. One of those families I was apart of lived in Ireland. Hello, my name is Mayte, I am a college graduate and have an associates degree in Liberal Arts. I have over 15 years experience in caring for small children ages 4 months to 12 years old. I worked at the Boys and Girls Club for a little over a year and enjoyed being a group leader, I was in charge of a group of 20 kids and had to follow a daily curriculum. Taking care of children is a fun and fulfilling experience for me. I am CPR and first aid certified. During high school, I worked and volunteered at a family child care facility, where I helped coordinate and facilitate activities with the children as well as help with some of the housekeeping. Then, in college, I was a reading tutor at an after-school program, where I helped grade school students complete their homework and improve their reading skills. While in college, I studied abroad in France, where I worked as a babysitter for a French family. I was responsible for picking up the child from school and teaching him English.
