Amazing! Was always available when I'd need her to come in a bit early or come in a bit late, and the kids love her! When we went on vacation over christmas for a few weeks, when we got back as soon as they saw her they started smiling and giggling(they were 5 months old at the time, twins!) She also does some light clean up around the house while she's here, like sweeping, cleaning bottles, and cleaning dishes.

The Trustline registry toll-free telephone number is 1-800-822-8490.

Pursuant to Section 1596.859 of the Health and Safety Code, parents have the right to receive information regarding any substantiated or inconclusive complaint about licensed child care providers. That information is public and can be acquired by visiting the California Department of Social Services' Internet Web site at "www.cdss.ca.gov".
