Hi all! My name is Alejandra but I go by Ale. I am 24 years old and have been caring/babysitting solo since I was 13 years old. I started off babysitting for my sister and eventually started babysitting for others at 20. I have a 4 year old stepson who has been in my life for 2 years and a 7 month old daughter. I have personal experience as well as outside experience caring for babies and kids of all ages. I have a tremendous love for helping others and would love to be able to help as much as I can. I am comfortable with cooking, cleaning, doing bedtime routines, etc. I am also CPR certified!

Hello, my name is Laura. Thank you so much for checking out my profile. Below are a few details, but feel free to reach out if you think I’d be a good fit for your families needs. I have my bachelors degree in Social Science and am currently enrolled in my Masters program in HR Management. I have been a nanny/babysitter for over 10 years. I have taken care of kids 6month and up. Primarily, I mostly do date nights, but I have also been a nanny as well. I currently have a handful of babysitting positions that are just on call and I do have a family that I nanny for sporadically. Most of the families that I currently have worked for I have been with for over five years. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, traveling and spending time with my family. My husband and I bought a house in Morgan Hill in 2018 and enjoy the area. We also have a dog name, Zoey Emma, who we love and take everywhere. I currently work full-time in HR, but enjoy babysitting on the side. Given some of the relationships I have been able to build over the years with different families, it brings great joy to watch the kids grow up and be a part of their journey! Feel free to reach out with any question.

Hello, parents! I live Morgan Hill and have ample time for OCCASIONAL care on Monday and Friday mornings and afternoons, Friday and Saturday evenings and Saturday and Sunday afternoons. I'm also available to assist at children's parties, field trips and events, supervise playgroups and weekend travel or overnights. I am only able to post a few weeks consecutive availability at once, but I usually plan two months available hours at once, so please feel free to inquire about dates beyond the month you see posted! I'm very experienced with infants and children from 3 months to six years of age. I enjoy spending time with children who appreciate crafts, books, time outside, sciences, building and cooking. I also have extensive experience teaching children ages 3-8 to read confidently, and would be very happy to aid struggling readers in our time together. I provide a careful balance of time indoors and out (regardless of rain or wind), and love to watch children cultivate new interests and skills during our time together! I am also very, extremely, super pet friendly (mammals, rodents, birds, fish, reptiles, even some insects) and would love to meet a few regular, local families with sweet fur babies to add to the mix. During my time with children, I focus exclusively on the child— I do not perform any domestic tasks such as washing family dishes, folding laundry, cleaning kitchens or bathrooms, etc. I handle any messes made throughout the course of my time with children, and fully expect children who are able to walk to aid in putting away toys and books, wiping up crumbs and carrying dishes to be washed at the sink. I encourage a great deal of autonomy and accountability in young children and am often described by parents as "firm but fair." I believe and have always seen that children are capable of a great deal, and when we are together, I push them to meet that potential in diverse ways! Please feel free to take a look at my reviews and read through my profile. I prefer to have the opportunity to thoroughly interview AND meet with a family before accepting a booking, to make sure we are a good fit before we commit our time to one another. This also is a chance for your children to meet me so that I am a familiar face, rather than a stranger! I have a four hour minimum and a small deposit each request, and prefer not to have occasional bookings of more than 6 hours in duration.

Where do I begin? Elaina was a true gift over the last few months, we are very fortunate to have care and presence in our home over the last few months caring for our 8 month old until she got a spot a daycare. Elaina is very knowledgeable regarding baby development, and each day she has age appropriate activities ready for my baby. The bond they created in a short amount of time was precious to watch. Elaina very clearly loves children, and create a very safe, nurturing, and fun environment for littles. She is always on time, flexible, and dependable. I am also very impressed by Elaina’s commitment to expanding her knowledge in the care children. She would often share tidbits of trainings she attended on her off days— a baby led weaning class and car seat technician training. As a new mom, someone with this background knowledge for me to tap into was so wonderful. All in all, we are so grateful for the care Elaina provided and recommend her highly!

I also completed my community health practicum at an elementary school, shadowing a school nurse. I have my Neonatal Resuscitation Program Certificate, ACLS and BLS. I have been a private career nanny for multiple families (for ages 7 months and up) for over 14 years now, as well as a daycare teacher assistant and an Au Pair. I connect very well with children; I enjoy working with the magical little beings because I’m inspired by their contagiously high-spirits and spontaneous creativity! I offer children an abundance of presence and play. I encourage nature-based exploration, creativity cultivation, and problem-solving. I draw inspiration from elements of alternative education philosophies, but I’m mostly interested in letting the child lead while I provide the appropriate boundaries and guidance. Each child is so unique, and my goal is to facilitate their unfolding. I would be a good fit for your family if you are looking for a responsible nanny with a good heart, an authentic appreciation for kids, and someone who will provide a positive contribution to their development.

Jaynelle has been the nanny of our four children ages 2, 6, 8, & 10 for the past two years. We could not be happier to have found such a caring, responsible, attentive, fun loving person to watch over our children. Our three boys and their younger sister absolutely adore her, as do we. We could not say enough good things about Jaynelle and her quality of care. We will dearly miss having her around as she has been such a positive influence on all of our children. She is genuinely one of the nicest most sincere people you will meet. Unfortunately for us Jaynelle will be relocating to Narragansett. Let our loss be your gain. If you are considering hiring a person for a child care / nanny position Jaynell comes very highly recommend.

Hi I'm Jessica but I go by Jessi! I am currently living in Aromas California and I have loved mentoring children since I was in highschool leading a group of kids through science camp. I graduated with a degree in child development and minored in early childhood development from Humboldt State University. During my time there, and since, I have worked as a preschool teacher resulting in 10 years experience with young children! I have also nannied on and off through the years with an aim to get children outdoors more and away from electronics. I have a knack for getting to know childrens interests and building strong relationships with them! I also have a passion for arts and crafts and love to involve children in projects that grow their skills. I'd love the chance to get to know you and your children!
