Furthermore, I worked at a private school working with kids ages 5-14 as well as a part-time nanny to 3 and 5-year-olds, ages 5-12 in a public school setting and with ages 2-5 at two different preschools. I have also been a nanny for an 18 month-year-old and a 1-year-old. I love working with kids. They have made such an impact on my life and I just hope I’ve done the same for them. I am 63 looking fo part time work and since I have always loved being around children and my college degree is in child care too that is what I am looking to do. IMy career started out on the maternity ward at Guys Hospital in London helping mothers with their new borns and in the neonatal unit. After that I nannied in Europe for two little girls, who several years later I went back to in London for a short time. On returning to England I worked in another maternity hospital, then in a Nursery School. For a while I did some temporary nannying for a variety of families with children of various ages, tiny to teens. Then my green card came through and I came to the USA to nanny in DC for a Naval family. After a couple of years there I went on to another family in DC who were worked in the government administration. Since then I have been married had three sons of my own, which was my full time job!
