I'm a proud mother of one biological child and three stepchildren. I recently relocated and I'm interested in pursuing what I have a passion for which is caring for children. I absolutely love children and have worked with/ interacted with children since I was a teenager. I began working at KinderCare Learning Center at the age of 18. During that time I cared for children ranging from ages 6 weeks-12 years of age. After my employment at KinderCare ended I continued my passion at a family owned daycare facility called Kidville-Kovar Child Development Center for 2 years where I cared for children ranging from ages 6 weeks to 12 years but mainly with toddlers. During this time I also accepted a part-time job working in a residential living facility working with young adults with mental disorders and developmental delays. I continued this job until the owners decided to close the facility. I was later offered a position at another daycare as a teacher's assistant and administrative assistant where I had the honor of working in the classrooms with children and also working with the office staff. While doing this I also cared for children in my home during my free time. I love working with children and seeing them grow and develop their own little unique personalities.

I have worked in the medical field for 18 years . I’ve changed my career recently to caring for and nurturing babies and children. I have been a Nanny for three years to infants, toddlers and pre-teens. I have cared for my now 3 year old grandson since birth part time as well. I have two grown children. When I was 12 years old I started helping my aunt with my little cousins and from there my experience with children grew. In high school I organized birthday parties for small children at a sports center. From there I worked at a day care teaching children ranging in age from infancy to school age, responsible for four to 10 children at a time. It was there that I fell in love with a family and became their nanny full time. At the time I started with them they had three children, ages 6 months, 2 and 4. With the family I was responsible for organizing their daily activities, driving them to preschool, activities, appointments, play dates, etc. Two years later I rose to the challenge as the family had another child. It was then that my organizational skills, my patience, and my passion for taking care of children expanded. I was not only a baby sitter for these children but became a member of their family. I describe myself as being energetic, compassionate, trustworthy, and dedicated.

I’m a current college student on track to get my Bachelors in Psychology in 2027, with a focus on child development and trauma informed care.
