Veronica agreed upon a date and time to babysit. I checked in with her the morning of to confirm that she would be on time, which she confirmed. One hour before her schedule time she text me she could not make it on time and if she could “push it back”? Told her I had a little wiggle room, trying to work with her but she said she was going to be at least an hour late. I told her I had an event I needed to go to and I would miss the event but she said she couldn’t make it any earlier. She did not seem to care in the least bit. I missed my event and will not work with her again and nor would I recommend using her.

Veronica was excellent. Punctual and flexible and communicated with me and other family members during her time with my 11 month old girl. My daughter was instantly comfortable with her and didn’t seem to notice I had walked away. I highly recommend her. We felt very safe hiring her and would absolutely hire her if we are in town again!
