Hello! I am a Preschool teacher, college student and a babysitter. I’ve been doing this for almost two years, with experience with many ages. I love taking care of kids which is why I keep looking to connect with many many families. I have a family I babysit for many days of the week and two occasional families, but I do still have some extra time for occasional babysitting or when I am available due to families being out of town. I have two nephews (3y & 8m) that I take care of quite often, and I have a dog and a cat-I don’t have children of my own though. I have been working with children since I was 16 years old. I started off as a nanny for a household of 3 children: 6, 9 and 11. In between working with this family I was also an after school counselor at Terwilliger elementary school from grade level K-5. My joy with children definitely comes from being the oldest and helping my mom by babysitting and looking after my siblings. The kids I did once nanny for eventually got older whom still reach out till this day and now I babysit for a household of 2 children when needed aging between 4 and 7. I am the oldest of 5 with a 1 year old brother who I tend to help my mom with when needed. Aside from childcare, I am currently in nursing school working on my ADN to become a registered nurse. I’m currently a BLS certified nurse technician at the hospital. i’ve been working part time at the hospital for 3 years to continue on with hands on care throughout nursing school. I have experience with infants, toddlers and adolescents. I as well have experience with children who have down syndrome, autism and as well as ADHD. I am a huge family and animal lover. I enjoy being outside and experiencing new adventures and hobbies, as well as cooking and baking. I’ve played multiple sports including: softball, volleyball, basketball, track and dance. I don’t have children of my own but i’m an amazing fur mom to my 8 year old yorkie :)
