Hello families! My name is Isabela Souza, I’m 26 years old, I’m from Brazil and at that moment I’m living in San Mateo. Im used to work as an au pair in San Mateo for 1 year and 3 months taking care of 4 kids (including 2 special needs). In general, I have around 3,5 years working with children. Experiences: - In my home country (Brazil) I’ve worked for 2 years in a daycare, from 8am till 5pm. I took care of children from 1 year old to 10 (including special needs kids). I’m used to change diapers, feed them, prepare them for nap time, and create educative arts and crafts activities to play and distract them. -During my 1 year and 3 months of au pair program I’m used to take care of 4 kids, Edward (10 years old), Kaya (she’s autistic, she’s 12 but act like a 6yo girl, she’s a type of kid who can’t be alone anytime because she wants to eat everything she see, she’s very dependent), Maclain he’s also a several nonverbal autistic boy (he’s 13 but he acts like a baby, completely dependent, he can’t go to the bathroom, change, eat by himself) and Mosley (15yo I just drive him to everywhere). I’m used to take Kaya and Edward to parks, pet stores (they love animals and fishes), planning activities to avoiding screen time as much as I can. Daily activities: Cook meals for dinner everyday for all of them, teach them some Brazilian food, do their laundry, read books, crafts, dance, sing, play in the front/back yard and in the trampoline, go for a walk around the neighborhood. I love kids, I consider my self very paciente and responsable, creative, proactive and communicative. Always in a good mood, I like to solve problems by conversations and I’m always looking for keep them safe and a happy growth. I’m fully vaccinated, I have CPR and first AID course, I do not smoke and I’m ok with pets. I can’t wait to talk to you! Thanks, Isa!

I have over 25 years experience with providing childcare. I grew up in Ft Lauderdale. My babysitting experience started at the age of 12 with friends, neighbors and family members who saw I had a natural affinity with their children and therefore trusted me with their care. I soon developed an excellent reputation by word of mouth and began regularly babysitting for multiple clients at their request. To this day I still have maintained close relationships with some of these parents and their children.

Hi hru? I have more than 23 years plus experiences in being a nanny/ child caregiver. I started off as a daycare assistance to a full time caregiver for children. I have had the pleasure to work with wonderful families that have now became my family as I maintain longevity with my family and continue that relationship as we move forward. I have moved and I am looking to find another wonderful family to be apart of and to be a team player with. I am very responsible, respectful, trustworthy, nourishing, sincere and very honest. I am extremely organized. I have references from my previous families and coworkers that entail, attest and adhere my work ethics and my personality. I am also Cpr and First Aid certified. I also have experience with children with ADHA and Autism. I have a clean background check and clean license. I have been blessed to have always started with newborns that I have cared for thru toddler, kindergarten teenagers and young adult. I love engaging with kids in social events, arts and crafts, painting, playdates, reading, etc. I will do whatever my kids like and also make sure it's within a safe environment. I like to see them build confidence and self-esteem as they move in different stages of life. I am very organized and try and install that in my kids as well as cleaning up and putting things away. I am very easy to talk to, and work with. I am known to always go above and beyond for my families, anything to make their lives more at easy makes me very happy. I would appreciate the opportunity to meet with you and discuss further if I am a fit for your family needs. I can be reached anytime. Thank you so much and have a great day.

From a young age, I’ve always been drawn to caring for others, especially children. Growing up, I was often the responsible one, looking after younger siblings or neighbors, and it became clear that nurturing and supporting children was something I was passionate about. This early experience naturally led me to become a caregiver, where I’ve found deep fulfillment in helping children grow and learn. What I love most about my job is witnessing the incredible capacity of young minds to absorb information and develop their own understanding of the world. My three-year-old son, for example, regularly impresses me with his growing knowledge, such as recognizing that a caterpillar turns into a butterfly. Moments like these remind me how impactful our roles as caregivers can be. At home, I’ve cultivated a learning environment filled with diverse animals—from cats and dogs to guinea pigs, bearded dragons, snakes, and even insects. This has not only taught my son empathy and curiosity but has also inspired creative ways to engage him in learning. We regularly work on his alphabet and counting, making learning fun and interactive through everyday activities. In addition, we take regular trips to the park and even Gatorland, where we explore nature and continue to expand his understanding of the world around him. I believe what makes me good at what I do is my combination of hands-on experience and a genuine love for nurturing young minds. I’m committed to creating a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment where children can thrive. If possible, I’d also appreciate the opportunity to bring my son along during the hours when my husband is at work, allowing me to balance my professional and parental roles effectively.
