Greetings Parents! . I am Melanie! I have an extensive (7+ years) of history in a childcare environment acquired from my time in the classroom of private schools. I have had the pleasure of being part of several wonderful schools such as Avery Montessori , Royal Learners & Primrose School of Kennesaw North. My experience is focused around children ages (infant-13). I am also well aware of the many challenges of parenting being a mother myself. Patience, understanding and vocalization are key points between a parent & child. Along with my experience in childcare I am a knowledgeable Certified Nursing Assistant (3+ years) with Pediatric CPR/AED Certifications. I am a mother of 2 and I have 4 grandchildren. My family means the world to me so I understand the importance of having a trustworthy, loving sitter to care for your precious child(ren). Every child is a special gift from God. I love to play games, do crafts, and take the time to teach them something new whenever an opportunity arises. Most of all, I love HUGS! As a grandmother and a daycare provider at church for over 6 years, I have found that caring for children is what I love most. I’m currently attending Dalton State College for criminal justice and hoping to graduate with a bachelor’s degree. As I do currently work for a family on weekdays, I’m only available on weekends or week-nights. I love working with kids of all ages!
