She has an understanding personality and works through my daughter’s TWO-nager melt downs! We were blessed to have found Shanda as our nanny for our 11 month old baby. She was incredibly sweet, punctual, communicative, and always gentle and caring with our baby. It was our first time having anyone take care of our baby other than family which naturally made my husband and I very nervous but Shanda put us at ease within the first few days of hiring her. She took such wonderful care of our baby with so much love and attention, while also helping with specific tasks I needed help with around the house. We are so grateful for the peace of mind she gave us and would wholeheartedly recommend her to any family looking for someone who will care for their little one with genuine love.

Only used Maxine for 2 days but she was very good I love how she interacts with my baby and make sure she’s having fun. She sings song with her , uses flash cards and I love her motherhood vibe. Most definitely will book het again if I have the chance

Ana was wonderful with my baby girl! She was caring, attentive, and made me feel comfortable leaving my little one in her care. She was also very helpful and willing to assist with anything else I needed, which I really appreciated. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Ms. Iris! She has been such a blessing to our family, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have had her caring for our three children (ages 1 year, 3 years and 6 years) for the past 9 months. What has always stood out to me about Iris is how intentional and thoughtful she is in her approach to childcare. She doesn't simply watch children; she takes the time to learn their personalities, pay attention to their interests, and find meaningful ways to engage with them. She brought so much joy into our home through music, singing, and creative activities. She also frequently surprised the kids with fun activities she had planned. It became a little tradition for them to excitedly wonder whether Ms. Iris had brought something special in her bag that day! Beyond all of that, Iris is incredibly kind, patient, attentive, and nurturing. She has a wonderful ability to connect with children and make them feel seen, valued, and loved. As a parent, there is nothing more reassuring than knowing your children are in the care of someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with them and is invested in their well-being. Our decision to part ways is solely due to a change in our family's childcare needs and has absolutely nothing to do with the quality of care Iris provides. We are genuinely sad to see our time with her come to an end. I cannot recommend Iris highly enough. She is the kind of caregiver who brings warmth, creativity, thoughtfulness, and genuine love into her work. Any family would be incredibly fortunate to have her, and we will always be grateful for the care and joy she brought into our home!

I have a (almost 3 yr old) and at first I was skeptical with new people around my daughter. Beforehand, we had a great conversation, I felt as though she was making sure I felt comfortable as well as safe and I appreciated that. She asked all the right questions and seem super attentive to my daughter since she is demands attention lol. She would be my first choice for a babysitter as well.
