I currently am a co-lead infant teacher at my current job so I have a lot of experience working with infants. I am also CPR + First Aid certified! I have previously worked with toddlers all the way up to school-agers! I’m available on the weekends, and evenings (5pmish). I enjoy meeting new children, and love to experience their growth as they get older. I would call myself pretty patient, strong minded and a hard worker.

I am a high school graduate (2023) and I am from Des Moines originally. I I really enjoy spending time with children while doing the activities they like. I love watching movies, spending time outside at the pool or park, and doing arts and crafts activities. I am comfortable helping with homework, meals, and changing. I work at Lifetime Fitness as well, so I am CPR and First Aid certified. I also have experience working with special needs children and feel extremely comfortable with most any situation.

Working with kids just gives me peace of mind, knowing that I’m helping the child grow learn in so many other different things. There are various ways of interacting with children wether it be through reading stories, playing with toys or simply talking. I have taught preschool for various years as well and love teaching the children some milestones in their learning. I am flexible , responsible and reliable.

I prefer working with children ages 2-5, but am willing to care for newborns-11. Because I work at a school district and am in school for social work, I am looking for families that need summer care.
