I love teaching, crafts, singing songs, making music with instruments, making small meals, and so much more. I am in school getting my ASL certification. I became a teacher because I love to help people, and the children need help with guidance into the real world. I worked with children with developmental delays, maladaptive behaviors, anger management issues, Autism, severe childhood trauma, ADHD, OCD, and even depression and suicidal thoughts and tendencies. My goal is to become a better teacher and mentor every day, working towards communicating with my students and kids who just need a little more help. I am currently working at a daycare where I am a float in the infant, toddler, twos, pre school, pre-k, and school age children. Being raised in my mother's home daycare, my love for children started young. As I got older, my ability to help her increased. During high school, I took up Child Development classes as well as First Aid and Safety, Culinary, and CNA. Hello! I am a 2020 Bradley University graduate with a BS degree in family and consumer sciences. I spent two years as a secondary education major before going to fcs general. I have experience babysitting my two nephews while in college and nannying for a family since May 2022. I have also babysat for a few date nights too.
