I am a firm believer in the power love has in a persons life and not only do I want to make sure that each child has their needs met, I am big on protecting the love of family with the kids. I am not here to be a mother but an aide. I am very protective of the relationship between a mother and child and it is something I do not wish to hinder but rather strengthen. I have done babysitting for multiple homeschool co-op when I was still in high school. I nannied for a summer while the kids were home from school. On top of working for a couple new moms as a mother’s helper so that they could bond with their baby. My senior year, I started working as a part time nanny/mother’s helper. I had been with the family for four years until they moved this past July. That became full time work after I graduated and included Montessori education, nature studies and homeschooling different subjects. I had four kids spanning from 8yrs to 3 months old. I’m also the oldest of five kids. I currently tutor at a co-op once a week with ages 6-7 and 12+. I used to teach 8-10 as well as work in the nursery. On top of this, I also work occasionally as a certified DSP in HomeBased services but my hours are inconsistent and flexible.
