Hi! Starting in my sophomore year in high school, I began working with children of all ages in and out of the classroom. Once I graduated high school, I moved to Pennsylvania and worked as a tutor and a mentor to students at a local high school. I worked with two preschools, assisting in classrooms. I also joined two different non-profit organizations aimed at helping children; Tides and the Big Brother Big Sisters Program. After I graduated college, I started working as a Therapeutic Staff Support, working with children with behavioral disorders. I also worked as direct support professional with adults with mental illness. I then worked as a family counselor in Pittsburgh, PA for 3 years. I am now a social worker here in Chicago at a local hospital working on a pediatric unit. Currently am available for weeknight and weekends!

Alejandra was nothing short of amazing. Apart from being very punctual her personality was very welcoming and enthusiastic. I would absolutely recommend her as a caregiver to your little one as mine fell in love with her immediately and speaks very fondly of her.
