Hi! My name is Olivia Flanagan. I am 19 years old. I am the oldest out of 12 cousins with the youngest being 8 months old, who I help with quite often. I babysat for a family in Plainfield, starting when he was around 7 months old, until our schedules no longer aligned. When I graduated high school I started working at a place called Piece by Piece which is a “school” for children with autism. At PBP I became a Registered Behavior Technician & received my CPR, First Aid & Safety care certifications. As an RBT my responsibilities were to ensure a safe & functional environment, collect data, implement behavior intervention plans & to teach & encourage academic, social & daily living skills. I absolutely LOVE working with children. With children I enjoy going for walks or to the park, playing with motor skill toys, simple crafts, watching them grow & learn, learning all the different personalities & reading. I’m looking for a family in need of a sitter whether that be full time or occasionally, I would love to help out. I am a non smoker. I have reliable transportation. No criminal or driving records. I have babysat off and on since I was 11, but I began consistent caring for children in my school systems afterschool care program my sophomore year of high school, then there fulltime childcare program during the summers. My 2nd summer there I was the lead teacher for 2nd graders. Then I began working at a local church afterschool and summer childcare program after I graduated high school. I worked with ages 2 years old to 4th grade. I enjoy getting to see children grow, and how their personalities play out together in a classroom. I got to learn a lot about kids in my early childcare classes in high school, and I enjoy seeing children develop and interact with others. I am ending my first year at Grace College the 2nd week of May. I am a criminal justice and behavioral science major student who is planning to work with youth in the future. I am no stranger to creativity and fun activities for the youngsters. I have a car and I am comfortable around all animals. I also have experience around water, having been on my school's swim team. I am really looking for a job for the months of June and July!

I love music and singing. I am very faith based and love reading my Bible and going to church. I love cooking and watching movies. I love kids and taking care of them and building relationships with them.

I am 52 yrs old, married for 33 yrs to my wonderful husband. We have 3 children, my oldest is a college athlete at a very elite college in Pennsylvania. I hv a 17 yr old daughter that goes to Covenant Christian high school. I also have a son in the 8th grade at Danville Middle school. I hv been a stay at home mom for yrs, both my daughters being big in travel softball. I am ready to help someone else out, I love children and wd love to be a babysitter for a family as needed. I am not looking for a full time job, i am flexible. I live in Danville, but I don’t mind driving 30-45 min. I am very patient, nurturing and great with kids. I am a college student at the University of Indianapolis studying exercise science pre-physical therapy. I have been babysitting regularly for around 7 years and have been nannying for 2 years. I have experience working at a preschool for 4 years. I have worked with kids of all ages as young as a few months old to 12 years old. I love spending time with kids, spending time outside, teaching, crafts, games, etc. I am CPR, first aid, and AED certified.
