Which means I have experience in diaper changing to de-escalating tantrums or fights between kids through re-direction. Hello! I am a sophomore at IU Bloomington studying social work with a minor in nonprofit management. I have taken multiple human development courses and have taken a particular interest in youth development. I have about 7 years of experience in paid childcare, babysitting for younger cousins and families privately in my community.
