I love working with kids (and animals)! I am the oldest sister of 5, so I have a lot of built in experience with kids! When my cousin was sick, I watched both of her baby boys full time and absolutely loved it. I have experience in watching infants, making lunch, making bottles, cleaning, etc. I have always been passionate about taking care of little ones.

- I have years of experience (since I was 10/11) taking care of children of all ages and animals (dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, etc) - I have a car, and am comfortable driving wherever I am needed, whether it is for errands or taking kids somewhere. - I can cook and help with homework! I’m comfortable with making bottles (breast milk, formula, or whole milk) and with changing diapers and dealing with blowouts/changing clothes. - I worked at a daycare in Lenexa for almost a year, primarily in the Infant room (ages 4 months to a year) but also helped out in the Toddler rooms (1 year- 2 1/2 years) as well as with ages 3 years and up. - I’m currently a nanny to a 15 month old and have been watching her since she was 6 months old. - I am CPR and First Aid certified. - I am currently studying Psychology at the University of Kansas and am primarily located in Lawrence. My schedule and availability changes each semester.

I am a student at KU working on my degree in Applied Behavioral Science with a concentration in child life. The past two summers, I have worked at a special education kids' camp. Due to that job, I am CPR and First aid certified, as well as experienced with infants through adults. I love being around all ages and meeting any need. I am flexible and a great communicator. I have babysat off and on since was about 14 years old. I worked at a family camp last summer where I took care of toddlers and babies for the parents during the day at the camp's daycare center. I also worked at Hesston Community childcare and was an assistant teacher for 2 years. I love taking care of children and it was so fun to connect with kids of all ages. My family did foster care growing up and I even volunteered at a children's camp for a couple years to help with the more challenging kids. I enjoy taking care of any type of child. Because of that, I have my CPR and BLS certification, as well as 3 years of experience as a CNA. Although I love my elderly friends, I really want to work with kids.

I have babysat and nannied off and on for 20 plus years. I have 2 grandkids of my own that I really enjoy spending time with. I also have one older son and two teenage daughters. One is heading off to college and the other just started driving. My schedule now is more flexible, since I’m not her personal UBER anymore. I’m fun, reliable, responsible, loving and laid back.
