I started with babysitting, nannying, and working as a daycare assistant in high school - and continued babysitting throughout college. I’m a recent graduate with a double major in Art and Art History and worked as a tutor throughout high school and college, so I love integrating creative projects into playtime and learning! I believe in keeping everyone safe and engaged, and I’m CPR and First Aid certified to ensure peace of mind. I’m mainly available in early mornings and late nights. I love being a sitter because I genuinely enjoy spending time with kids and creating a fun, safe, and comfortable environment for them. I have experience working with children through preschool, elementary, and special education settings, as well as working as a substitute teacher. I’ve spent three years studying elementary education, which has given me a strong understanding of child development, learning, and age-appropriate activities. Why do you love being a sitter? I love being a sitter because I enjoy spending time with children and being someone they can feel comfortable and safe around. I love watching them learn, grow, and have fun, and I enjoy creating a positive and caring environment for them. What experience do you have? I have experience caring for children and helping with their everyday needs, including keeping them safe, preparing meals and snacks, playing with them, helping with routines, and keeping them engaged and entertained. I understand that every child is different and try to provide care that fits their individual personality and needs. What skills and training do you have? I am responsible, patient, dependable, and attentive. I have strong communication skills and understand the importance of safety, supervision, and following parents’ instructions. I am comfortable helping with meals, activities, bedtime routines, and keeping children’s spaces clean and organized. I am always willing to learn and follow any specific instructions or routines a family has. I’m also a mom to a 1-year-old, so caring for children is a big part of my everyday life. Hi, I’m cassi. Thank you for taking the time out to review my profile. I’m the second oldest out of 5 kids. I have been babysitting my 3 younger brothers since I was 12. I’m 24 now and still babysit them bc one of them is handicapped and another one has mild autism. I stay at home to help my family bc my mom has a rare condition and can’t do as much as she use to. I clean around the house, do laundry, take our dog on her daily walk/run, do homeschool with my brothers when needed to, I go to doctor/ therapy appointments for my brothers, etc. I can babysit any age group including kids with special needs. I have always loved being around and caring for children. I love seeing their face light up with joy over some of the smallest things. i enjoy seeing them learn something new everyday. I love playing hide and seek, board games, hiking, nature photography, baking, arts and craft(even though I’m not good at it, it’s still always fun), reading books to little kids, playing outside, etc. I’m compassionate, kind, patient and full of energy. I’ll be shy at first but as you get to know me you’ll see a whole different side( good though, I promise ). I’m going to be honest though and say I don’t drive as of right now because I have driving anxiety but I do have a ride to be able to get to your place. I know that a lot of families require your own transportation which is why I’m letting you know in advance. If this is alright then that’s good. i used to have a certification for cpr but not anymore since it expired. but i still know everything that has to been done in any case of emergency
