Hello everyone! My name is Evangeline, but I just go by Eve. I’ve been babysitting for as long as I can remember, I was always raised in a home where it takes a village, so I often watched over other people whether young or old. I’m an aspiring nurse, and at 18 I’m cpr and first aid certified. Not only that but I’m a licensed nurse aid and phlebotomist. Caring for children has always come easy and smooth to me, it’s why I aspire to be a pediatric nurse practitioner. I’ve worked countless years at summer camps and as a babysitter. I love it so much, because children have always brought out the better in others. They always make the atmosphere so energetic and lovely! It can get frustrating at times, but it’s always more rewarding than anything else.

I’ve always loved being around kids — it’s kind of second nature to me. I’m an education major, so working with children is something I do both in and out of the classroom, and I’ve had lots of hands-on experience through school clinicals, mentoring, and helping care for my younger siblings (ages 5 and 13). I really enjoy building trust with kids, keeping them safe, and making sure they’re comfortable and having fun while their parents are away. I’m patient, dependable, and good at staying calm when things don’t go exactly as planned. I’m also a Resident Assistant, which has taught me a lot about responsibility, communication, and looking out for others. I have training through my program, including Kentucky Early Care & Education Orientation and Pediatric Abusive Head Trauma awareness, and I’m comfortable helping with routines, homework, playtime, and bedtime. I always aim to be someone families can trust and feel good about having in their home.

Hi my name is Caitlyn Daley! I am a junior at Western Kentucky University studying psychological sciences. I have been working around kids for the last 5 years. I started babysitting in high school and have taught swim lessons to young kids for the last 4 years. I assistant coached a swim team and taught private lessons on the side. I currently have been babysitting in the afternoons for a family for the last two years! I was a lifeguard and swim instructor where I was previously CPR and first aid certified. I truly enjoy being around kids, it is so fun and I love to engage in fun activities and allow kids to be themselves.

I am currently in school studying as a nursing major. I have previous experience working with kids in many different aspects from babysitting to being a gymnastics coach for age 2-15. I am eighteen years old, i do not have any professional qualifications of childcare like CPR training or anything of the sort but i have been babysitting and taking care of children since i was little so it is something i have experience with. I have potty trained, did homework with as well as outside activities with kids of all ages so i would say im pretty confident in my ability in childcare personally.
