Hi! I’m Destiny and I’m 23, I recently graduated from USAHS with my Master’s in Occupational Therapy. I’ve been babysitting for multiple years with a variety of families nearby as well as from Sittercity. I am CPR certified and I enjoy spending time with children, playing with them, watching movies, cooking/baking together, or just having a fun talk. I’m a very creative person and I love a good laugh! I spent a month as a counselor at Camp Olympia the summer of 2021! I also have experience in children’s healthcare as a sub/student worker at LSU’s daycare, and completed my fieldwork at a pediatric clinic. I hope to be the perfect sitter for you and your family!

I am a Mom of 2 beautiful daughter's who are now self sufficient. I am CPR and First Aide certified. As a Mom I understand what it means to want your children loved, cared for, and treated as if they were my own. I remember how important routine is for infants and toddlers. I realize the difficulty in trying to get homework done, get dinner started as well as trying to get everyone to practice on time. I have my own transportation in order to assist with any and all of that. I am looking to either full time or part time work. My schedule is flexible as I do not have a 9-5 job. My experience comes from being a Mom, current experience being a Nanny, to babysitting as a teenager. I have also helped take care of my nephew who has special needs. In addition to child care, I am also a pet lover. I have raised dogs and cats all my life. I currently have 3 dogs, 2 small and 1 large, so I am familiar with pets of all sizes and attitudes. My favorite part of what I get to do is building relationships with the children I care for, and their families. I have 9+ years of childcare experience working with children of all ages in daycare facilities, churches, schools, and VBS programs.
