I’ve been babysitting for about 4 years, caring for children of different ages — from toddlers to preteens. Through these experiences, I’ve learned how to stay patient, organized, and dependable no matter the situation. ⸻ What skills and training do you have? I’m responsible, organized, and great at multitasking — which comes in handy both as a sitter and as an accounting major. I’m also CPR and First Aid certified, so I know how to respond in emergencies. My experience has taught me strong communication and problem-solving skills, and I always make safety and respect my top priorities when caring for kids.

Why do you love being a sitter? I honestly just love spending time with kids! They keep things exciting and fun, and I enjoy being the person who can make them laugh, feel safe, and have a good time while their parents are away. What experience do you have? I love being a sitter because i love watching the little ones grow and hit every milestone. Something about their smile and then having fun melts my heart. Before i moved to baton rouge i stayed in marksville la and i worked at a local daycare center for about 2years. when i arrived in baton rouge i found another center and worked there for about 6months then had to move across town to live closer to school and found another center to work at. It’s def my place and where i belong . In school now to someday wish to open my own childcare center. I have my cpr and first aid certifications

Hello everyone I'm Melanie and I'm a very positive and bubbly upbeat person who is great with infants and kids. I enjoy singing painting and anything crafty as well as my dog, being outside and spending time with family and friends. Being a nanny and a newborn care specialist is what I love and do best. Arts and crafts, educational and developmental activities and snuggles are always on my daily list while caring for little ones.
