I am a Mom of 2 beautiful daughter's who are now self sufficient. I am CPR and First Aide certified. As a Mom I understand what it means to want your children loved, cared for, and treated as if they were my own. I remember how important routine is for infants and toddlers. I realize the difficulty in trying to get homework done, get dinner started as well as trying to get everyone to practice on time. I have my own transportation in order to assist with any and all of that. I am looking to either full time or part time work. My schedule is flexible as I do not have a 9-5 job. My experience comes from being a Mom, current experience being a Nanny, to babysitting as a teenager. I have also helped take care of my nephew who has special needs. In addition to child care, I am also a pet lover. I have raised dogs and cats all my life. I currently have 3 dogs, 2 small and 1 large, so I am familiar with pets of all sizes and attitudes. Hi, I’m Kaylee Grace! I’m a preschool music teacher and the second oldest of 25 grandkids, so I’ve been around kids of every age my whole life. I started nannying back in high school summers and it quickly became something I loved. I’m a licensed esthetician, trained in sanitary standards and detail-oriented care, but I realized my real passion is with kids. I graduated at the top of my class, so homework is never an issue, and I enjoy finding creative ways to make learning click. I love showing kids that their differences are actually strengths, and that they don’t have to see them as weaknesses. In my music classes I teach kids from the ages of 9months to 5 years old. I love to incorporate life lessons in my lessons (for example: when I teach how to breathe when singing I also teach them how to take deep breaths when they are feeling big feelings or get hurt to help calm themselves down). Outside of that, I helped with my mom’s cleaning business for a couple of years, I love cooking from scratch, and I’m big on hands-on activities like painting or sculpting with clay. And for whatever reason, babies always seem drawn to me; I’ve been the “baby magnet” in my family and friend group for years!
