As I entered high school they had a day care in one of the wings. I began working there for credit.  From that point on I have always had a job working with children *Challenges of position* I have been with one of my families for 10 years, and I find that as they get older the respect level and listening skills decrease a little bit. It makes it difficult for me implement the rules of the house, so I have to be creative in my methods. *Rewards of position* It is a good feeling knowing that I am an important part in a child's life. Being able to watch them grow and help them with life decisions means a great deal to me.
