Hi there! I'm Eleyna. I’m from Eastern MA, but I live in Greenfield now! Some of my hobbies include pottery, other various crafts, and cooking. For the past two years I've been a garden and food educator for elementary students in Holyoke. Before that I worked with middle and high school students in Austria, and before that I babysat for a wide range of ages, worked as a substitute teacher, and was an assistant teacher at an elementary after school program. I love working with kids, guiding their social emotional development, encouraging a sense of curiosity and scientific inquiry, and above all supporting them in learning through play!

I’ve been working with kids my whole life, primarily infants and toddlers. I’ve done foster care for all ages, taught in Reggio Emilia and Waldorf inspired programs, ran a family childcare, and done early intervention. I have a masters in infant, child, and family mental health. My focus is on play-based, relational-based, attachment style caregiving. I’m confident with multiples of all ages. Hi there! My name is Ashley, and I am a 22-year-old undergraduate student. I have had plenty of experience working with kids, whether it was as a camp counselor or an as-needed babysitter for neighbors and friends. I also worked with kids for several years as a junior Taekwondo instructor. I am reliable and patient, and I am resourceful in challenging situations. I am also physically fit and enjoy getting active and involved with whatever the kids are doing, like going to parks, riding bikes, stomping around in puddles, or playing with action figures or dolls. My passion for working with children started when I was little since I would often care for children of family friends. I enrolled in an Early Education and Care (EEC) course in high school to pursue my passion. I graduated from high school with a certificate of completion from my high school EEC course. I also graduated from early college high school with an associates degree in Liberal Arts. I am currently attending a four-year college towards a degree in Biochemistry. I am still employed at a daycare I started working at in February 2024. I have one year of paid experience from the daycare and have been trained in pediatric CPR/First Aid and mandated reporter training. I have been trained in other areas such as EEC Essentials and safety when playing outdoors. My other experiences include taking a four-month externship at an elementary school as well as assisting at my high school's daycare as part of the Early Education and Care curriculum for two years. Recently, I looked after a toddler in my neighborhood during the beginning of this year.
