Hello everyone, my name is Deneen & I'm a Lesley University Alumni, Class of 2021; with a BA in Holistic Psychology and Wellness, with an Art Therapy concentration. I became a certified Regular Assistant in 2008 and have been working with children of all ages at daycare centers, camps and babysitting ever since. I‘m currently a certified Infant/Toddler teacher through EEC and have CPR/First Aid certification. I truly feel fulfilled when teaching children to do arts and crafts, walk, talk and especially about themselves. I have a very understanding nature and I enjoy sharing my love of animals, cooking, reading, photography and painting with children most of all!

I have over 18 years experience working with children of all ages. I began working with elementary school aged children at an after school program with homework help. After that I worked at a summer camp for two years and also at a middle school tutoring fifth and sixth graders. Throuhgout the years I have sat for families throughout the Boston area with children ranging in ages from newborn to teenage years. With two decades of experience sitting for newborns through teens, I am available primarily for a position that has evening or weekend hours, though can do some daytime hours as well. I am outgoing, engaged, and safety conscious. I also communicate openly and timely with families. Though happy to work with all ages, I have worked most extensively with infants and toddlers. I am also a licensed foster parent through DCF, providing short term foster care for infants up to the age of two years old. My parenting is re-evaluated and re-accredited annually.
