Hello! My name is Jessica Barron and as long as I can remember I loved being around kids. I'm 26 years old and started off as a mother's helper at the age of 12 and was soon babysitting on my own shortly after that. I've babysat from the ages of 3 months to 14 years old. Currently, I am a fourth grade teacher and have been for the last 3 years. I love my job, but I am moving from Cape Cod to the city and looking for a change. During the last three summers, I was/am a nanny for the same family and the children are now 3 and 5. I also watch these same children during the school year for date nights 1-3 nights per week. My typical week in the summer with the children I babysit for usually consists of beach, pond, and pool days, library visits, museum, library and playground trips and more. I prepare meals, transport the children around, put them down for naps/bedtime, and give baths/showers as well. I am extremely reliable, responsible, trustworthy, energetic, and fun. I absolutely love what I do, which is a main reason why I want to take time away from teaching and become a full-time nanny this Fall.
