Christine was an outstanding babysitter. She was dependable, caring, and always made my child feel safe and comfortable. she took care of my 3 month old baby who had reflex and also helped with feeding, cleaning, laundry, changing diapers as well. She kept the kids engaged with fun, age-appropriate activities while maintaining a calm and positive environment. Christine was punctual, communicated well, and handled responsibilities with maturity and professionalism. I always felt confident leaving my child in her care, and I highly recommend her to any family looking for a trustworthy and compassionate babysitter.

I am the youngest of seven kids with a mother who also took foster children and ran a home daycare. I love children and have been around them for my pretty much my entire life. I began when I was 15 assisting my mother with her home daycare and then went on to become lead teacher at a friend's home daycare. I left working there only to care for my two sister's children when they decided not to put them into daycare. I became their stay at home Auntie and took them to the zoo and library play groups and out for lots of other outdoor activities. I love being an Aunt and arranging many activities for 8 nephews and 2 nieces from Easter Egg Hunts to camping trips. I have also worked at the St Mary's after school program as an assistant coordinator for two years. I have worked with my afternoon family going on 6 years and was an overnight newborn care expert until May of 2020 when my 7 year old adoptive daughter moved in. It has been a whirlwind since then but now that she is back in school full time it is time for me to also find more consistency. Overall, I just love being with children and have found it very rewarding to be able to watch and help them to grow into the amazing individuals they each are.

I can't even begin to describe how happy we have been with Christine who has been taking care of our now 2 1/2 year old son for the past year. She has a natural and intuitive sense of how to communicate with very young children and is a pro at helping them develop their own ability to speak. Christine has really put her heart into every day that she has spent with our son and she truly cares and wants the best for all children she takes care of. Her style is gentle, yet firm when needed, and she has unending patience. We will be sad to see Christine go. We wanted to have our son enroll in daycare to have more regular exposure to children but we look forward to getting in touch with her for the next child, should she be available!

Iris was amazing to work with. She is reliable, friendly, hardworking and trustworthy. My girls loved her. She followed all directions and routines that I had in place. She prepared meals and bottles on time, changed and picked out outfits and even did my girls hair. She took them out in the stroller or to a park and always sent updates with pictures. Would highly recommend!

Alli has been an absolute godsend to our family. When my husband and I moved to Concord at the tail end of the COVID pandemic, we were overwhelmed with the challenge of finding reliable childcare. I had just returned to work after maternity leave with our second child, and Alli was able to step in seamlessly from day one. It quickly became clear that Alli’s superpower is working with children. Our two-year-old son and three-month-old daughter connected with her immediately. She handled early challenges—like our daughter refusing bottles—with calm confidence and patience, all while navigating a full-time, work-from-home household. Remarkably, our daughter began taking bottles on Alli’s very first day. Over the past four years, Alli has truly become part of our family. She has supported our children through every stage of their development with thoughtfulness and care. From managing nap schedules (and sleep regressions) to guiding potty training, school pickups and drop-offs, and helping build early reading and math skills, Alli approaches every aspect of her role with intention. She consistently creates engaging, age-appropriate activities and makes it a priority to get the kids outside and active in all seasons. She is more than just a caretaker; she is a teacher and friend. What sets Alli apart most is her deep commitment to the children in her care. Our son has severe food allergies, and Alli has always been exceptionally diligent—carefully managing his meals and ensuring his EpiPen is always on hand. She is a fierce advocate for our children’s safety and well-being, and we have complete trust and peace of mind when they are with her. As our youngest begins school, we are sadly transitioning away from full-time care. We cannot recommend Alli highly enough—she brings warmth, reliability, and a rare level of dedication that will be deeply missed by our family.
