I am a pediatric occupational therapist student looking to connect with a few families while in school. I grew up in a large family and began working professionally with children at 16. I have worked in other fields and always find myself coming back to pediatrics. My last professional job before school was working for Westfield Headstart. I absolutely loved the opportunity and was heartbroken to leave the job for college. I have experience working with children from 8 weeks old through 10 years old, extensive twin infant experience and experience with special needs children (adhd, asd). I am trained in medicine administration, CPR and firstaid and transport kids frequently from school to home or to sports. I am currently a college sophomore for special education. My senior year of high school, I worked with a second grade every day, including special-needs kids. Then all of freshman year of college I worked at a daycare with infants through five. I worked one on one with an 5 year old non verbal autistic boy.
