I currently am an educator in the DMV so my schedule may be limited. I have all my clearances. I have been CPR trained. I worked in my mother's daycare from the age of 9 to the age of 22. I have worked as an instructor at a summer program and have nine years of formal teaching experience, so I am comfortable with larger groups of children and I am able to connect with each individual child. I am comfortable and experienced working with children of all ages but my preference is to work with children 16 and under.

I am certified in Infant/Child CPR and First Aid for Infant/children and adults. I am a student at Liberty University majoring in Early Childhood Education also I do hold an Child Development Associate(CDA). I have been a teacher's assistant for 10 plus years. I love baby sitting because I love kids. I honestly enjoy talking with them, making them laugh, and being a safe place for them. I discovered my love for working with kids in freshman year of high school when I volunteered for Vacation Bible School at my church. As a station leader I would work with 30 preschoolers and I would help them with activities, facilitate meals and snack time, and ensure that they stayed safe and got along with each other. This volunteering experience required me to work with kids with health conditions and mental disabilities. I have worked with kids with autism and I have also working with diabetic children. As a teenager and babysitter I knew I wanted to work with children but as a pediatric doctor, But once I took Child development classes and parenting it really opened my eyes to another interest and that was being a early childhood education teacher. taking these classes I learned a lot about a parent perspective and childcare teachers as well in certain situations also along with being a teacher studying the different methods and also hands on experience on writing lesson plans and actually interacting with the children. By my senior year I did an internship at a child care facility to experience how a center is ran and the interaction with the children and teachers. After I graduated I worked for Kindercare Learning Center over a year, Children Of America almost 3 years, and a privately owned daycare for over a year before I recently decided to help local families who need care for their children.
