Hello dear families! I'm looking for opportunities to help your family on an occasional basis. I'm available for date nights and weekends. I work FT during the week and have my own transportation. I've been an Au-pair for three wonderful families with kids in between 2 and 11 years old, pets always being a big and important part of the families as well. After my last au pair experience I worked as a FT Nanny for an amazing family and their 14 months old little lady, following a season working in a high school as a Distance Learning Assistant in the Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools district in NC. I have a diverse background and have used au-pairing and 'nannying' as a great tool to explore different places, and immerse myself deeper in the US culture. Hello, my name is Jennifer. I was a stay-at-home mom to my two daughters, now 20 and 21 years old and in college. While I was home with my children, I also provided childcare to various families in my community. I have been a volunteer and board member of the PTA for all the years that my daughters were in school, an approved school /classroom volunteer, and served as a Girl Scout leader (where I held certifications in First Aid and CPR). As toddlers and preschoolers, my daughters were involved in many enriching and fun activity programs such as Kindermusik, Little Gym tumbling/gymnastics, and local library programs - to name a few. We also enjoyed regular neighborhood walks, visits to the park for outdoor play, and field trips to the zoo or other age-appropriate locations. During their school years, both of my girls became very active with sports and extracurricular activities. I managed their busy schedules, navigated their transportation, prepared snacks and drinks for those activities as needed. I also volunteered to help with the team and extracurricular activities such as concession stand duties, fundraising, and carpooling. Recently, I volunteered for an organization called Blessings in a Backpack for their emergency distribution from March to August. Providing supplement food for children in Frederick County over the weekends. I am now helping with a nonprofit called Each 1 Teach 1 Inc. in Frederick, providing lifelong social & emotional learning skills to marginalized youth through Yoga, Breath & Mindful practices. While I may not have the background in a licensed childcare setting, I have the experience caring for my children and children from this platform. Hello! My name is Lydia:) My availability is all day Sunday, MWF, and Saturday, and until 11 am on T/TR. I am currently a graduate student at Towson University studying School Psychology. Over the years I have worked in various childcare positions. My most recent job was working for an after school program with kindergarten-fifth graders. I have experience working with all age groups, from infancy until late childhood. I also have my CPR certification and have taken first aid classes through the American Red Cross. I enjoy playing games, doing crafts, spending time outside, and more! I am very patient and understand the specific needs of children of all age groups.

I am first aid and CPR trained. I have been working for a family for 7 yrs now. I started when there 3rd child was 8 weeks old. I am looking for part time work to fill in the extra hrs I have available. I have evening and weekends open along with some day time hrs depending on the day. I am flexible work with the families on what hrs they need me. I am comfortable with infants and toddlers. I watch all ages of kids. I am open for date nights. I enjoy playing games and getting on the floor with the kids and play with them. If there is a park near by I like to do a fun day at the park. I have my own three beautiful girls. The youngest is in the middle school. The second which is the middle daughter is in the swimming team in high school. The eldest daughter now a young professional as Psychologist working full-time. I raised my own children without a daycare or Chilcare. Now they're young and teens they wanted to take care of themselves as I trained them well how to be independent in life to become. My husband has a full time job and I miss having a baby to take care as my own kids are not as infant or toddlers anymore. I babysat from friends way back in our neigborhood but mostly relocating from other places.
