Bonjour! I’m a proud St. Lucian with a big heart and a passion for babysitting that blossomed when I was just 11 years old. Growing up, I helped raise my three younger siblings, who were born more than a decade after me. Those early experiences taught me patience, empathy, and how to guide little ones through every stage. From first steps to singing/sporty personalities. Watching them grow into their own identities lit a fire in me to support other children in the same way. Over the years, I’ve continued to babysit younger cousins and family friends, giving me hands-on experience with kids of various ages whenever I have time with my technical wiritng positon. I naturally gravitate toward creating a nurturing, positive environment where children feel safe, heard, and empowered. I'm especially proud of teaching manners in fun, memorable ways, and I bring calm energy and warm encouragement to every interaction. I have been a nanny since I was 15 years old. I have watched all ages of children from infants to preteens. I have worked with children with special needs as well. I am also accustomed to working with more than three children. I have had jobs as a summer nanny, date night babysitter, and overnight weekend sitter. I am also a swim coach and teach swim lessons, so I have worked with children in many different settings. I also have been a certified lifeguard for the past seven years and I am accustomed to teaching children to swim and saving their lives in the water.

I am certified in Infant/Child CPR and First Aid for Infant/children and adults. I am a student at Liberty University majoring in Early Childhood Education also I do hold an Child Development Associate(CDA). I have been a teacher's assistant for 10 plus years. I have worked in a childcare center and public & charter schools in the Washington, DC metro area. I promote a safe and healthy learning environment. I have an ample amount of experience with children ages 3 months to 14 years olds. Children love me because I understand them, but I also am firm when the situation arises. My skills and abilities come naturally and I am confident that parents wouldn't mind leaving their child(ren) in my care. I love to cook, engage in creative projects, read stories, and enjoy outdoor activities. I have been through a FBI background check/National Child Registry/State & Local checks also the Criminal Background check as well. I have an four (4) hour minimum care service. (3 hours at the least.) I look forward to assisting your family needs.

I am a mother of two teenage boys, so have been parenting for about 15 years. Prior to becoming a mother, I was a nanny for many years while in college and graduate school and a babysitter while in middle and high school. I have CPR and 1St Aid Certifications and am highly experienced with dealing with any issues that may arise while caring for infants, young children, tweens and teens.
