Hi there!! My name is Vivian, and I absolutely love working with kids and can’t wait to meet your little ones! I have 9 years of babysitting experience caring for children ranging from infants to 10 years old. I’m reliable, patient, and passionate about creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment where kids can learn, play, and grow. Whether it’s helping with homework, organizing creative activities, or simply making sure your child feels happy and cared for, I always strive to provide the best care possible. I also have experience as a high school and elementary math and ELA tutor, so I’m more than happy to assist with schoolwork and learning activities. Safety is always my top priority, and I am CPR and First Aid certified, giving families peace of mind while their children are in my care. In my free time, I enjoy crocheting, reading, arts and crafts, outdoor activities, and cooking, which I often incorporate into babysitting to keep children engaged and having fun. I’m also comfortable with meal prep, bedtime routines, light housekeeping, and caring for pets if needed. I’d love the opportunity to get to know your family and provide loving, dependable care for your little ones!

“Bibian” as my 2 year old daughter calls her was awesome every time she sat with my kiddos. I cannot recommend this babysitter enough! From the very beginning, she was dependable, kind, patient, and incredibly attentive with my children. She created such a safe, fun, and comforting environment that my kids genuinely looked forward to spending time with her. She communicated well, showed up on time, and always went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. As a parent, having someone you can fully trust with your children brings so much peace of mind, and she absolutely provided that. My children adored her, and it was clear she truly cared about them and their well-being. Any family would be lucky to have her as their sitter. I’m beyond grateful for the care, support, and positive energy she brought into our home. Save some bookings for me ?

Greetings! I 'm a child lover whose two daughters are grown and am not yet a grandmother (hope springs eternal!). I spent 17 years in outside sales and eventually found there wasn't much need for a middle-aged pharmaceutical rep. I found a position as night nanny which turned into being a day nanny and never looked back. I find it greatly rewarding to being able to spend my time making children smile and teaching them the skills they'll need to be successful in life. In the process, I've met many, many wonderful parents who give me hope for the future. And of course, I have the gift of knowing that I enhanced lives for a time. I'm not a spring chicken, but as one of my employers put it when a co-worker posited to her "why did you hire someone older?" wisely responded "At least I know she won't be on the phone all day." The only texts that occur when I'm with your children are the ones the parent of the moment sends me. The children I care for know they are loved and cherished. I might be a little stricter than you, but I try to make children understand that, in the words of the old Ford TV ads, "Safety is job ONE." Children are smart and they get it! I'm active outdoors playing with your children, I can pitch a baseball pretty well (my hitting skills are better, if you're training a pitcher) and I love to kick the soccer ball around. One of my kids even told me I was a good tennis player (in all honesty, he hadn't played much tennis). I love to take your children to the playground, , park, library, pool, or wherever you like. The mother of my current family had planned on keeping me until Fall of 2j022. Unfortunately, her job has become increasingly difficult and she has decided to stay home for a spell with her very special 2-year old. I'm currently looking for a full-time or nearly full-time position. However, if your needs are for part-time, I am always interested in patching more than one job together if I find the right families . Please call any day/night before 10:00 p.m.

Hi! I’m Theresa, a nurturing and reliable caregiver with over 10 years of childcare experience caring for infants, toddlers, and school-aged children. I’ve worked with families in Arkansas, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Virginia, providing full-time, part-time, and homework/homeschooling support. My approach is inspired by the Montessori method — encouraging independence, creativity, and confidence through hands-on learning and gentle structure. I love setting up engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that spark curiosity and joy while maintaining a calm, organized routine. I bring patience and consistency to every day. I previously worked as an assistant teacher at a Montessori school, and I hold a B.A. from Thomas More College of Liberal Arts. Families describe me as dependable, communicative, and genuinely caring. I value creating a safe, positive environment where children can thrive emotionally and intellectually.

We miss Theresa very much! I cannot recommend our aftercare in-house nanny highly enough. From January through June, she provided exceptional care for my son and quickly became an invaluable part of our daily routine, and our family. She was consistently punctual, dependable, and incredibly attentive. I always felt at ease knowing my son was in her care, as she demonstrated a genuine interest in his well-being, growth, and happiness. Her patience, kindness, and ability to engage with him in a meaningful way truly set her apart. Beyond her professionalism, she is honest, fair, and operates with great integrity. She communicated openly and handled every situation with thoughtfulness and care, which built a strong sense of trust between us. What began as a childcare arrangement turned into something much more. She became a trusted presence in our home and a positive influence in my son’s life. Any family would be fortunate to have her support and care for their child. Thank you, Theresa.

Danielle is an excellent sitter! This was our first time using her. She communicated well prior to coming for the job and she showed up on time. I was working on a project at home, so I was able to overhear the interactions between my daughter and Danielle. Danielle has a gentle and kind demeanor and my toddler instantly felt comfortable with her. My 2-year-old really enjoyed spending time with Danielle. I would highly recommend her and plan to use her again!

Hello! After 16 months caring for a wonderful baby girl who is now starting daycare, I am looking for a new full-time position with a loving family. I have a soft spot for babies and truly enjoy caring for them. I bring over 19 years of experience, and caring for children is more than a job for me — it’s something I do with my whole heart. I also help with light housekeeping and cooking to support the whole family. I am a fluent French speaker and speak limited English. However, many families have found this to be a positive — the little girl I’ve cared for recently now says several words in French! I don’t just meet a baby’s basic needs — I actively engage with them through creative play, singing, and activities that support early language development. I love singing to babies and watching how they light up with joy during interactive play. Helping little ones learn and grow through connection and care is something I truly enjoy. I’m reliable, nurturing, and ready to bring love and support to a new home. I’m happy to provide references from my current family. Please reach out if you’d like to learn more. 💕

We love Olive! It's quite obvious that her gift is taking care of babies. She cared for my six month old and he loved her soothing energy and playfulness. The one thing we loved about her was her attention on our baby. Some people just do the bare minimum to make sure the baby is fed, clean, etc, but Olive actually engages plays and sings to the baby constantly. It's so sweet. We 1000% recommend her.

Rosanna is a dream. She was our nanny for our two little ones for the last 3 years. She started with us when our oldest was 3 months old and was there when we had our 2nd baby. Rosanna has all the qualities you could hope for in a caregiver: gentle, patient, firm when needed, and deeply understanding of the delicate balance it takes to raise children. What stood out the most was how easy she was to work with. As first-time parents, navigating the challenges of raising children can be overwhelming but Rosanna consistently provided us with unwavering support. She listened carefully and adapted to our parenting style, and gave us the space to figure things out on our own without judgement. Her presence was a comfort and relief and her guidance was always encouraging. When we moved, her commute increased by nearly an extra hour each way. Despite this added challenge, she graciously continued working with us for 3 additional months to help transition our youngest before daycare began. Her dedication and commitment to our family during this time speaks volume about her character and work ethic. We are so grateful for the love, care, and professionalism she brought to her role. She has made an indelible mark on our family and we will always cherish the time she spent with us. We wholeheartedly recommend her to any family looking for a nanny who is not only skilled and reliable but also kind-hearted and understanding.

We can’t recommend Aliah enough! She was first sitter when our little girl was 4 months and stayed with us until she was ready to head to pre-k. Aliah quickly became apart of our family and our little girl’s best friend. While Aliah looked after her, they took trips to the park, local story times, tried fun hair styles, and sent us photos (which made our days so much better). As two parents with high expectations Aliah went above and beyond which frankly made our lives so much easier. Now that our girl is in pre-k, Aliah has offered to babysit to help out with date nights and there isn’t anyone else we’d trust to do it. Aliah is compassionate, caring, patient, and would be an amazing choice for any family.

Hello, I’m a highly educated graduate of Virginia Tech University and have recently retired from an extremely successful & fulfilling IT Sales career. I have more than 11 years of experience babysitting my 6 grandchildren, older children, and even twins. I am well-versed in taking the next step by making this my new part-time career! I'm extremely excited to learn about your family and how I can "make a difference" in your children’s lives, as they certainly will in mine. I'm skilled in snack & meal prep, homework, diaper changes, sleep strategies, light housework, dog sitting, etc. I drive a “VERY safe & dependable” automobile and am typically VERY neat and organized. I assure you that you will NOT come home to a messy house. I enjoy getting creative with activities, whether it be crafting, playing games, taking fun walks, or a great game of hide & seek! I will always be very organized with tracking school homework & projects. I'm patient and kind and absolutely love building connections with young children as well as teens. I'm excited to combine my love for children & creativity with a part-time Babysitter role. My goal will be to make sure your children have a very safe and loving environment whenever I am with them.
