Hello! I am Abrielle Good (Abbey is a bit easier to remember) and I am a Wayne State University student. I have spent the last few years working in a restaurant, and I am eager to enter a different work environment. Prior to working as a hostess, I spent years babysitting for cousins, friends, and neighbors’ (6m-12y) children. I also worked as a dance teachers’ assistant, with children ages (5y-9y). My mother, a middle school teacher, gifted me her love of children and her organizational skills. I would love to help with cleaning, cooking, and any organization/errands your family may need help with. Education is very important to me, and I have no problem helping kids with any schoolwork or extra curriculars they may enjoy. I also love the outdoors, sports (dance and baseball are my fav but i’ll watch anything), and history (my major:)). I have classes mainly twice a week- but I can give you specifics (school is my only work conflict). I also feel it important to mention positive attitudes and mindsets are important to me, and I take a very gentle approach when helping kids. I genuinely love children, and though I have a while until I can start my own family, I would love to help yours!

A bit about me, I spend a lot of my time riding horses and hanging around at home with my husband and our dog. Previously in 2023 I graduated from Wayne State University and just 10 days after graduating, I accepted a new position in Marketing at a local car dealership! In terms of child care, I have around 7+ years of experience helping different families with a handful of different needs. Prior to my new position, I nannied full-time for a private family in Birmingham for close to three years. I helped with grocery errands, getting the youngest to school, getting the kids to bed.
