I consistently babysat for a family of 3 for about 4 years, and I enjoyed watching the kids grow up and being such an important part of their lives. I love working with children and helping them learn and grow. I am very creative, energetic, patient, and open-minded. I love fostering kids' creativity through imaginative play. Last summer I was selected for an internship with the Girl Scouts as their Environmental Education Coordinator. With this experience, I was able to foster a love of nature in kids and help them safely explore the outdoors! I am a 21 year old CMU student looking to babysitting again! I've been working with infants-12 year olds for 5 years now. I've worked at two child care locations, include Gretchen's House, as well as worked as a camp counselor for 3 years. The campers I had often formed such great relationships with me, that their parents would reach out and ask me to babysit outside of camp. Saline Rec Center Kid's Camp had children ages 5-12, so I love working with kids of all ages. I am also CPR and First Aid certified, and I've relearned my training for three years in a row now (to keep the information fresh in my brain).
