I am looking for a family to work for on a long-term basis as  a babysitter for evenings, weekends, overnights, and during school breaks. I have a Maser's degree in Early Childhood Special Education, am highly qualified to teach reading, and I have experience as a nanny, tutor, and babysitter.

I am a grandmother of four wonderful energetic children aged 6, two 3 yr olds and a 2 yr old. I often take all four to the park, have picnics and even have wild slumber parties at grandmas house. I love children and truly enjoy playing, being creative and teaching new things. Reading to children is one of my favorite things to do, singing if they’ll let me. I am patient, kind, and nurturing as I know children need this more than anything. Being a grandma has been a true joy for me and I enjoy children and all the laughter and fun they bring.

I was in the Edina Public School District and a site based teacher for grades 3-5. I am looking for occasional babysitting jobs for date nights/weekends, overnights etc.. I love taking care of children all ages and keeping them busy, active and happy. I have experience with ages babies up to teens. I have worked at multiple daycares and in multiple school districts as a para professional with regular ed and special needs. I love to cook, being outdoors, crafts, sports and anything to keep kids busy that they'll enjoy.

I am a recent college graduate working as a youth outdoor education leader at a local outdoor access and inclusivity-focused organization. I really enjoy working with and caring for kids. I have been babysitting for neighbors and helping with childcare since I was around 10 or 11 years old. I have over six years of experience working with children of all ages in positions as both a teacher and a caregiver, and I adore what I do. I started off as a babysitter for family friends & people in my neighborhood, and later worked as both a first grade faith formation teacher and nursery attendant at my church. Throughout high school I taught musical theatre classes for children 3-12 at a studio in Minneapolis. I've nannied for the past two summers, most recently for a family with a year and a half old daughter and a 13 week old daughter, and I would really love to nanny again this summer. As a new mother it made me remember how much I love children and the joy they can bring. I grew up babysitting the neighborhood children, to helping take on my two younger siblings almost full time by the time I was 15. I have about 15+ years of babysitting under my belt, but this would be a first at professional babysitting and nannying. I love arts and crafts and even started my own business selling my creations to those that shared the same interests my pieces were inspired by. Whether it be going for a walk, playing games, or reading a book, all things can be so much better when you have children to enjoy it with.
