Hi! My name is Gwen and I am a biology student at Carleton College. I have over 5 years of babysitting experience working primarily with ages 1-10. I love bringing kids outside and am especially fond of scavenger hunts, picnics, and art projects.

Within the last few years, I graduated college with my Bachelors in Psychology. During that time, I also worked in a childcare facility where I taught all ages from Infants to Preschoolers. I am available for evening and weekends. I do have a 3-year-old step-son so I am comfortable and knowledgeable of night-time routines as well.

I was born & raised in Jacksonville, Fl. I met my husband while he was stationed there. We married, then moved to his home state of Mn! In July of '22 I became a mama to a miracle born at 23 weeks. He spent 126 days in the hospital, came home in November '22, & has been thriving ever since! For over 20 years I have watched children ranging in age from 2 months to 11 years old. I have volunteered as a summer camp counselor, babysat, been a nanny to 7 families, & have worked at a licensed childcare center. While working at the center, I have also attained my first aid & CPR certification. I love watching kids because there is hardly ever a dull moment & seeing them accomplish something that you helped teach them to do is super rewarding. Hobbies: Camping, Ice Fishing, & watching UGA football!

Hello my name is Susanne, I enjoy watching my great nieces and nephews 8, 6, 5, 2 years old. They make me smile and I love seeing the joy and wonder in their eyes. A little about me, I raised three boys and one girl. They were all born within 5 years so life was crazy fun. They are in their 20s now and all very successful adults contributing to society. I was a stay at home mom who loved being a stay at home mom, cooking, going on adventures, crafting, reading, homework, playing outside, wiping tears and applying bandages when needed, and making every day matter. Smart phones and iPads weren't a thing yet, instead we used our imagination and creativity, played cards, board games, puzzles, went outside, made forts, cooked, played a game of kickball in the cul de sac, etc. I am comfortable helping with cooking, cleaning up, laundry, whatever because I understand life is very busy for young parents. I am patient, positive, and creative in my approach when handling situations and believe you cannot hug someone too many times. My Christian faith is also very important to me. I believe parenting is the toughest, most important, and most rewarding job we will ever have. Other info about me I own a 2022 car, I am good with pets (owned a golden retriever), volunteered at Courage Kenny with physically and mentally challenged young adults, tutored many kids, and a funnel cake with extra powdered sugar is a must-have at the fair😀 Thank you for reading this, and I look forward to hearing from you!
