I am a full time nanny working for a family with 2 year odl twins. I have been at my current job since the children were 3 months old. I am looking to find additional babysitting jobs for evenings/weekends.

I first started on sitter city in 2008. It did not take long to meet and care for the children of several families. Many of the relationships were long term so I became inactive on the site. My last family moved just before Covid took hold. I had just updated my child infant CPR and first aid as I intended to start looking again. That didn’t happen because of Covid so I’m starting again now. I did raise 6 children of my own, worked as a nanny for 10 years and have been actively babysitting for Sittercity families for 10 years. I’m looking for occasional sitting opportunities in my area. In addition to caregiving, she completed whatever tasks that were requested, particularly light housework and laundry. Most importantly, Heidi cared a great deal for our son and he loved her. He was always eager to see her, talk to her, and play with her, from his earliest moments of being able to express these emotions. We have four older children as well and Heidi was always willing to help care for them if they had to stay home from school with a cold or illness. I became a certified babysitter for the first time when I was 11. I have always loved children, and as an adult I began working with preschool aged children professionally 10 years ago, when I worked in an infant room at a kindercare while earning a certificate of Montessori Education. Ever since I have worked in preschools, day care centers, nannied and babysat children, from ages 0-10. I love observing each child's special interests and following these to help them learn more about the world. I have experience with twins and potty-training.
