I am looking for a summer job. I am a college student studying Nutrition at Minnesota State University, Mankato. I'm looking for a babysitting job because I want to have fun this summer. I want kids to enjoy their summer break as well. I do not have a certification for CPR.

I love to work with children and have been doing it since I was about ten years old. I currently have a Elementary Education license and a Early Childhood license. . I have been babysitting for many years. I have worked at a daycare since I was 16. I am currently a nanny 2 days a week and a substitute teacher the other 3. During the summer my availability does open up and I am open to helping on days not subbing/nannying.:)

I was born & raised in Jacksonville, Fl. I met my husband while he was stationed there. We married, then moved to his home state of Mn! In July of '22 I became a mama to a miracle born at 23 weeks. He spent 126 days in the hospital, came home in November '22, & has been thriving ever since! For over 20 years I have watched children ranging in age from 2 months to 11 years old. I have volunteered as a summer camp counselor, babysat, been a nanny to 7 families, & have worked at a licensed childcare center. While working at the center, I have also attained my first aid & CPR certification. I love watching kids because there is hardly ever a dull moment & seeing them accomplish something that you helped teach them to do is super rewarding. Hobbies: Camping, Ice Fishing, & watching UGA football!

I have some college education and I'm happy to follow your lead on household rules and communication preferences, providing updates at pickup or through your preferred method. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that make learning fun. I am CPR and First Aid certified. Since I have a car and am comfortable with pets, I can provide flexible and reliable care. Within the last few years, I graduated college with my Bachelors in Psychology. During that time, I also worked in a childcare facility where I taught all ages from Infants to Preschoolers. I am available for evening and weekends. I do have a 3-year-old step-son so I am comfortable and knowledgeable of night-time routines as well.
