I am an elementary school teacher and mother of 2 teenagers. I teach from 8-12:00pm and can be available starting around 5:00 during the week. My husband and I live in Lakeville with our 2 French bulldogs. I love spending time with children and animals! I can cook and provide transportation also. I am also looking for sporadic evening babysitting jobs. I have a lot of evening availability. 3 hr. minimum for sitting jobs.

I have over six years of experience working with children of all ages in positions as both a teacher and a caregiver, and I adore what I do. I started off as a babysitter for family friends & people in my neighborhood, and later worked as both a first grade faith formation teacher and nursery attendant at my church. Throughout high school I taught musical theatre classes for children 3-12 at a studio in Minneapolis. I've nannied for the past two summers, most recently for a family with a year and a half old daughter and a 13 week old daughter, and I would really love to nanny again this summer. Outside of working with children, I'm currently a BFA Acting student at Columbia College Chicago. I have three years of dance training, nine years of training as a singer, and five years of piano. I love to be outside, especially in the summer, and I love to bake.

I am a grandmother of four wonderful energetic children aged 6, two 3 yr olds and a 2 yr old. I often take all four to the park, have picnics and even have wild slumber parties at grandmas house. I love children and truly enjoy playing, being creative and teaching new things. Reading to children is one of my favorite things to do, singing if they’ll let me. Hi!🎉✨❤️ Ever since high school I’ve found myself having so much fun being around kids and through my different experiences being in different environments, I realized that it’s where I shine a lot. I naturally am super playful and when mixed with kids I’m even more playful having a lot of fun being with them. I get exposed to their curiosity, their play, their imagination and it sparks a lot of that in me too. It’s been an adventure being with so many kids because it’s never the same kind of experience. Kids are amazing, curious, playful and we can definitely learn from them as well. I find their playfulness as well as curiosity to be so joyful to see and experience. I put myself in their shoes to better understand and see where they are coming from; what is a need or what is wanting to be heard in the moment. I feel grateful to just work with kids in any way, but also connecting with them and you the parent(s) really matter to me too. Fun fact, I have been flown twice by an awesome family playing a important role being with their kiddos so they can take care of the pumpkin patch they’ve been in charge of who I still in am contact with today.
