I have always made kids a priority in my life. I was a nanny for 8 years in the 1990's. I had my niece 1 weekend a month from age 2 until her high school graduation.

At 16 I began working with teens and young children with special needs in their homes. Shortly after I received my associates I began working in center base level 3 EBD children. After having my two daughters I saw an opportunity to be with them and work with children. I received my bachelor's in psychology and starting working at a licensed childcare Montessori, as an infant teacher. After a year and a half I realized I had a real passion for leadership. I have worked a total of two years as an assistant director of a childcare and learning centers. I have always loved teaching and working with children who need a little extra love. I am a mom of five! Ages 13, 12, 6,5, and 4! I am CPR and first aid trained and have been since 12 years old. I have multiple trainings in special needs care, as I work as a DSP on the weekends and having trainings through that company. I am comfortable doing housework and am a pretty good cook!
