I’m a patient & caring sitter with over 20 years of experience caring for children of all ages including infants, toddlers, grade school, middle school kiddos and kids of all ages with special needs. I have experience with twins & multiple children close in age. I have a background in child development & some child psychology. I’ve also done some grade school tutoring as well as a couple of years of online schooling and assisting. I was a volunteer firefighter so I’m trained in first aid & CPR. Hello! My name is Kaya Nies and I am a graduate student living in Baltimore for the year. I am a medical student interested in pediatrics and am taking the year away for a public health Master’s program here in the area. I have always loved interacting with kiddos of all ages - my parents are elementary school teachers and I spent many teenage years volunteering in their classrooms and serving as babysitter for their colleagues. Helping kids learn and play grew to be very special to me.
