I’m 29 years old and I have 15 years experience babysitting and working with children. I’m was a lead teacher at a daycare center until I had my baby girl who is now almost two in December. I wanted a more flexible schedule to stay home with her as much as possible. Sometimes she does come with me but I can also leave her with family. I can do meal prep, change diapers, potty train and bedtime/naptime routine. I love being outside and taking “field trips” with the kids I babysit for. I have plenty of references as well.

Hello! My name is Kaya Nies and I am a graduate student living in Baltimore for the year. I am a medical student interested in pediatrics and am taking the year away for a public health Master’s program here in the area. I have always loved interacting with kiddos of all ages - my parents are elementary school teachers and I spent many teenage years volunteering in their classrooms and serving as babysitter for their colleagues.
