I’m 29 years old and I have 15 years experience babysitting and working with children. I’m was a lead teacher at a daycare center until I had my baby girl who is now almost two in December. I wanted a more flexible schedule to stay home with her as much as possible. Sometimes she does come with me but I can also leave her with family.
