I have a degree in Education and was previously certified in Elementary and Early Childhood in the State of Missouri.   I have worked with single children, multiple children and disabled children.  I am currently a Director for a large health system, and I babysit on weeknights and weekends.   I have experience with all ages of children whether it be in the classroom setting, through babysitting or by being a mother. I enjoy many activities with children and I love turning ordinary, daily activities into teachable moments. I am comfortable with most pets and I am a non-smoker. I do require an introductory meeting prior to accepting any assignments to ensure we are a good fit for each other. I am happy to help with light housework, meal preparation and homework if needed. Hello everyone! From a young age, being that I am the eldest of 8 siblings, my mother counted on me to help care for the family. My mother was also a foster mother so there always children of all ages, backgrounds and cultures becoming apart of the family through out my upbringing. I'm a former Infant/Toddler teacher at a local Preschool here in Liberty. I was employed at the same school for over 13 years loving what I got to do everyday. My husband is a Electrician and got laid off over Covid and we made the decision to try and start up our own Electrical business. Past 2 years I've been helping him with the business side of things and our business is running smoothly and I'm eager to get back to working with kiddos again. I'm lucky enough to have formed and maintained great relationships with parents I worked with so I still get to watch a few of my former babies/kids on the weekends when parents reach out to me.
