I left the early childhood field in 2003 to pursue a career working with individuals with intellectual disabilities. I returned to school in 2015 and received my associate's degree in Early childhood education from MGCCC in May of 2017. I am currently pursuing an online bachelors degree in Child and Family studies from the University of Southern Mississippi. I have five grandchildren ranging in age from birth to 13. I love children and all of the love and wonderment that comes from caring for them. I have a current background check from Mississippi DHS ran by the University of Southern Mississippi.
